Delivery is charged at £1.49, or free on orders over £10. Orders placed before 2:30pm will usually be dispatched on the same day subject to stock & availability. Although we pride ourselves in our fast delivery, this is not a guaranteed service however in most cases you will receive your item within 2 working days of payment. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Our standard flat rate (Royal Mail 1st Class) takes 1 to 2 working days. We ship internationally via airmail worldwide, shipping time can vary between 3 to 10 working days. Insurance is included in our shipping charges, and the charge varies on a sliding scale dependent on weight and price so you get the best possible price. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
We accept most forms of payment, all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment system Paypal. It is not necessary you have a Paypal account but it is recommended.

The information we collect about you when you become a member is used to process your orders and to provide a more personalized experience on our site. When you become an Expert Shield UK member, we ask you to fill out a form that requests your name, address and e-mail address as well as some demographic information such as gender and date of birth. Expert Shield UK will NOT share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis. Refer-A-Friend If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site, Expertshield UK does not store this information and uses it for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.
Our Use of Log Files When you visit our site we automatically log your IP address, your browser type and your access times. We utilize this information to conduct site performance evaluations, to see where visitors are coming from and to keep track of click stream data (the screens our users visit on our site). This data helps us to determine what content our members find most appealing so that we can maximize your enjoyment of the site. Log files are not tied to personally identifiable information.
Site Security All Expert Shield UK employees take your personal information very seriously. All employees must learn and obey our security policies. Access to member personal information is limited to key management personnel and our member services department. The information is ID and password protected and our Web security is reviewed on a monthly basis.
Correcting/Updating Your Personal Information After becoming an Expert Shield UK subscriber you may correct/update your personal information by clicking on the 'My Account' link at the top of any page, entering your ID, password and birth date when prompted and clicking the Edit Information button. The changes you make will be reflected in our databases instantly. If you wish to deactivate your account, you may contact our member services group through the 'My Account' section, or the 'Contact Us' section.
Communication From time to time we may send out email messages alerting you that products are available, to remind you about providing feedback or for promotional offers. In addition, you will receive communication from us 1) if you contact us for a particular reason, 2) to receive your orders, or 3) we need to contact you for administrative purposes such as winning a contest. Administrative e-mails will not contain promotional materials. If you choose to receive our News Letters, they will contain promotional materials from Expert Shield UK.
Legal Disclaimer Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.
Supplementation We may correct or supplement your address information with standardized postal representation in order to ensure that your orders are delivered. We do this since we want to make sure that our members receive the order and to lower costs associated with our programs.
Contests Periodically, contests are run on our site. Sometimes contests are sponsored by our customers. To enter these contests you need only to enter your ID and password and your guess. At the time of entry, you may decide if you wish to have your first name and state posted on our site if you are the winner. Winner’s names are NEVER shared with our customers without their consent.
Returns & Replacements
We offer a 7 day return policy on all our products, so you can return your purchase within 7 days of delivery for a full refund providing the item is in an unused and as-new condition. We do not charge for 'administration' costs, however we cannot refund the postage costs. If you decide to return the item for whatever reason, we strongly advise you to send it recorded delivery. Please contact us before you send the item, we will issue you with a returns number that you must clearly state on the outside of the returned package. All returns must be returned in a unused and unopened condition, we may reject items that are not returned in this condition.
Goods with minor defects caused during delivery will not be accepted as our fault, as we do make every effort to ensure the products are packaged well. We will however attempt to replace delivery damaged screen protectors at our discretion.
If your package has been delivered with a fault, please contact us immediately. We cannot deal with items after 28 days from the sale date. We will give you a returns number and a postal address.
We can take order over the phone as well as online. If you have a custom request or special requirements we will be happy to assist via email or via our contact form located on our contact us page. To order, simply add the required items to the shopping cart, register your details with us and follow the online instructions to pay with PayPal or Credit/Debit Card.
Lifetime Replacement Warranty
Our special lifetime replacement warranty means if one of our Expert Shield’s gets scratched or damaged while protecting your device we will replace the screen protector. We’re so confident our screen protectors are the most durable and scratch free you will find, we know they will protect your device for its’ lifetime, or as long as you own it. There is no limit to the amount of times you may need your screen protector replacing, however we'll be suprised if you need it at all!
Our liability does not extend beyond that of the screen protector; your protected device is not covered by our replacement warranty. Our warranty does not cover poor fitting. The original item must be returned with all packaging and proof of purchase must be presented with replacement claim. Once we have received these and received the £1.49 P&P charge we will dispatched your replacement immediately. PLEASE NOTE: No returns are accepted without a returns number.
